I craft innovative experiences by solving intricate problems through unconventional design. My approach blends rigorous user research with creative intuition, focusing on designs that provoke new perspectives and invite serendipitous discovery.
Guided by Donald A. Norman’s principle that “we must design for the way people behave, not for how we would wish them to behave”, I aim to create solutions that are both thoughtful and transformative. I also passionately enjoy teaching and imparting knowledge to aspiring designers.
